Data processing: uploaded materials are processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 3.3). We do not use your content to train our own models. However, you should review the policies of Mistral AI and Google Cloud if you have concerns about specific materials.
Free tier (Community): provided at no cost with limited storage and 28-day file retention. We may change or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid tiers (Starter, Professional, Institution, Enterprise): pricing, storage limits, and features are as described on our pricing page at the time of subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.
Cancellation: you may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Price changes: we may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals, not to active subscriptions within their current billing period.
