When you write to us, please include:

  • your current repository, CMS, or preservation system (AtoM, ArchivesSpace, Axiell, Modes, Adlib, Preservica, Archivematica, or other);
  • target export format or downstream system;
  • rough collection size and material types;
  • whether the collection is already digitised;
  • funding stage (scoping, bid in progress, funded, in delivery);
  • whether public access is required;
  • desired go-live date or project window;
  • any standards or accreditation requirements (ISAD(G), EAD3, SPECTRUM, ACE, NLHF reporting, etc.).
