As a group, on real material. Convene a task-and-finish group, give each member a seat on a fixed-scope pilot, and put a messy accession through it. Your specialists should try to break it.

CALM is reaching end-of-life and a lot of services are working out what comes next. The migration workflow runs on CALM’s own CSV exports, with reference numbers preserved exactly.
